Trip Menu Choice
Our “Tried and True” menus have proved themselves to withstand the rigors of a Grand trip time and time again. We are continually striving to provide the best quality meals in the Canyon. We know that dietary restrictions are on the rise, and we are happy to work with your menu planner to provide the best meal plan possible for your group. Please reach out to our food manager for more details.
Allergies / Special Dietary Needs
Dietary restrictions and allergies have become more common these days. We wish for everyone’s meal time to go as smoothly as possible, integrating suitable substitution options into the set menu whenever possible. Groups with layered allergies and dietary restrictions prove to be much more difficult to outfit than groups with a few vegetarians for example. There may be some dietary restrictions that we will be unable to provide a substitution. When it comes to the allergies/preferences that we cannot cover, we encourage you to bring the items that you need from home! We can always find space for dry goods and can often make room in a cooler if needed.
Please list know food allergies by person below: (i.e. Henry – shellfish and dairy allergy).
